Ownership & Management

5280 Management, LLC is privately owned and operated by Nezar Aweida.  A graduate of the University of Colorado in 1996, Nezar has been a licensed Realtor in the Denver market since 2000.

Nezar Aweida managed and maintained properties in the greater Denver area since 1998. He was also a commercial and residential consultant for 4 years working with the RE/MAX Pennsylvania & Delaware Region employed by RE/MAX International in Denver Colorado.
